Why not just use an AI website builder for $49/mo?
You can — and if you're comfortable setting it up, managing the hosting, writing your own content, and troubleshooting it when something breaks, that might be fine. The difference is that Launchedon is fully managed. The initial build is included, we run the infrastructure, and on Growth and above you can request updates each month — you provide the copy and direction, we build it. The self-serve tools charge you for access to a tool you still have to operate. We charge you for a service we operate for you.
Is the initial site build really included?
Yes — the initial site build is included with every plan at no extra cost. Your monthly fee covers the managed infrastructure around it: hosting, monitoring, updates on eligible tiers, integrations, and everything else on your plan.
What's the difference between "managed" and just buying hosting?
Hosting is a server. We manage the entire technology stack — the server, the software on it, the domain, the SSL, the integrations connected to it, the monitoring, and the ongoing engineering. You don't touch a thing.
What does Pro actually include on the engineering side?
Pro is where we start building real infrastructure for your business — custom side services (think: a backend that powers a booking flow or a notification pipeline), user authentication if you need customers to log in, structured logging so you can audit what happens in your system, and a real analytics dashboard instead of just Google Analytics.
What kinds of businesses need Enterprise?
Enterprise is for businesses that need custom software — not just a site with integrations, but actual web applications built from scratch. E-commerce with complex inventory, member portals with subscription billing, multi-location management systems, or anything that a typical website builder can't touch.
Can I start on Starter and grow into Pro?
Yes, and that's the intended path. Most clients start with Starter or Growth, then expand their infrastructure as the business demands more. Same team, same relationship — just more surface area.
What happens to my technology if I cancel?
You own your content, your domain, and your brand assets. We'll provide a full export and help you migrate off the platform gracefully. We don't hold infrastructure hostage.
